140 Seacliff Drive West is the original homestead of the “Bee” family. Built in 1897, it is an old farm house which was quite up and coming for its day and age. According to the archives, at the Leamington Library “Mr. Bee, upon returning to Leamington from a business in Windsor, purchased a tract of lake front property which he called “Bay Shore”.  There he farmed sixty acres and erected one of the finest homes in the township.

At a cost of approx $3000, it was fitted with hot and
cold water, bath and gas, it was furnished with great taste and luxury.” We are enjoying the ongoing renovations and watching our family grow-up in a community of caring friends, family and neighbors.
